The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. One clothes dryer was iut of order the other was being used I was frazzled as it was our check out day I was told to ask Kim in housekeeping to help. She dried my clothes and folded them. WOW. I liked that a day we went out the desk clerk, was getting off work when we returned from our outing .He remembered where we went and asked if we had fun. He walked back in on his way out just to acknowledge us.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of CLE the next morning. The room was nice and staff was friendly. Before booking, I called to confirm that they had free long term parking and airport shuttle. Upon arriving we found out that you’re kind of at the mercy of whether they have a shuttle driver scheduled during the day/time you need. Fortunately they did both directions for us.

Bryan

Breakfast was good, but could have some alternative options and add a little fiber (veggies like onions and peppers) with the potatoes or have make an omllette station. Most options were not very healthy and there was no option for lactose-intolerant or gluten-free people. I like the filtered water station in the gym and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable!

We enjoy our short stay at this hotel. It was clean and we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was included in our price and we enjoyed it. The Keurig in the room was great (two regular and two decaf pods plus a couple of tea bags were provided). Also, there was plenty of free parking.

The breakfast was surprisingly complete and tasty. The location of the hotel felt safe. The staff was polite and helpful. The exercise room had well-working treadmills. I like the hotel size ~ large enough to walk around in but not so big to be overwhelming.
